How should the Grills be cleaned?

Norfolk Grills are exclusive to Norfolk Leisure and have been designed with style and quality in mind.

“Burning off” the grill after every use for approximately 15 minutes will keep excessive food residue to a minimum.
Outside surfaces can be cleaned with a mild detergent, or baking soda and hot water solution. Do not use abrasive scourers.
The inside surface of the lid may have the appearance of peeling paint. This is baked on grease build-up that has turned to carbon and is flaking off, and is not a manufacturing fault. Clean thoroughly with a hot soapy water solution. Rinse with water and allow to completely dry. NEVER USE OVEN CLEANER
The bottom of the interior can be scraped or brushed to remove residue and then washed with soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry.
Cooking racks are cleaned using mild soapy water and a non-abrasive scouring pad. Rinse and allow to dry.
Wipe over the stainless steel surface with rust resistant oil.
Please note that grates are not dishwasher safe.
